Disciplines

Sports 3DMA includes certain sports protocols. Those protocols deliver a full analysis on the sport and its relevant biomechanical parameters. The sports included are: cycling, running and golf.

Full body & joint analysis

Even though Sports 3DMA doe not make a biomechanical analysis for every sport, every single one can be analyzed. The full body capture provides all the data needed for a good study of the motion.

3D visualization

The sports technician gets a real-time, 3D display of the movement. This feature includes orthogonal points of view for easy inspection of different biomechanical planes. They all can be reviewed after the capture.

Time graphs

Biomechanical parameters over time are shown on the go. Each variable is shown on an independent graph with zooming options, making it easy to focus on every detail. Several graphs can be displayed side by side.

Automated reports

Standard report templates are provided with each protocol. These templates can be easily customized to meet the athlete’s requirements. The actual report is generated automatically by the software.

Synchronized video

A video camera can be integrated in order to achieve a simultaneous, synchronized real-time view of performance together with the 3D reconstruction. The video camera can be either a webcam or a high-speed camera.

Biofeedback

This tool is meant for real-time motion assessment. It allows defining simple conditions, which are verified on the go. Whenever a condition is fulfilled, the user will get immediate notice.

Database

An intuitive database is provided with the application. This database helps keeping record of all analyses for each athlete, as well as, of course, any other relevant athlete information.
