Free basic technical assistance during system setup
All items delivered by STT have a warranty period (one or two years, depending on the product) which is clearly stated in your offer. The warranty will cover all factory malfunctions.
Additionally, our customers enjoy a certain time of free online technical assistance. The duration of this period of time is specific to each system and installation, and will be clearly stated in the offer. It will include unlimited phone, email and web technical support to setup the system and customize certain aspects.
- On-site assistance to setup the system and/or provide technical training to the end-users.
- And/or extended technical coverage for a given period of time, typically signing yearly contracts.
