El objetivo principal del proyecto REINGRES es el desarrollo de un sistema integral para el profesional sanitario y gestores sanitarios. Por un lado, el sistema permitirá al profesional sanitario tener una visión general y ágil para el seguimiento del paciente con posible riesgo de reingreso, con toda la información necesaria disponible de manera integral y visual. Por otro lado, REINGRES ayudará a los gestores sanitarios a determinar las causas de reingresos y población más vulnerable, de forma que ayudará a optimizar los recursos.

The main objective of the REINGRES project is the development of a comprehensive system for health professionals and health managers. On the one hand, the system will allow the health professional to have a general and agile vision for the follow-up of the patient with possible risk of re-admission, with all the necessary information available in an integral and visual way. On the other hand, REINGRES will help health managers to determine the causes of readmissions and the most vulnerable population, so that it will help to optimize resources.
