The main objective of the project is the development of a platform for the management and development of modularized cloud configurators that allow customers to configure their products in an agile and simple way, leveraging all the benefits offered by migrating the product to a SaaS (Software as a Service) cloud-based system. Specifically, the goal is to migrate current capabilities towards a SaaS-based product in the cloud. The ambition of this type of product is to offer a software solution that is independent of the platform consuming the service. Customers can access the service through a web application, desktop application, or Android viewer. In addition, iConfCloud aims to provide new functionalities and advantages for STT Systems’ configurator products.
