The main objective of the project is the implementation of a Quality Management System based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. The implementation of a Quality Management System has the vision of achieving greater control of all the activities of the company, increasing the efficiency of the processes, which is accredited by the ISO 9001 certification.El objetivo principal del proyecto es implantación de un Sistema de Gestión de La Calidad en base a la norma UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015. La implantación de un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad tiene la visión de conseguir un mayor control de todas las actividades de la empresa, aumentando la eficiencia de los procesos, que se acredita mediante la certificación ISO 9001.
