On July 11th, 2025, all the members of STT Systems had the opportunity to share a very special day: a participatory event designed to reflect, strengthen bonds, and look to the future together. The gathering took place at one of the halls of the NH Aránzazu Hotel in Donostia, a bright and comfortable space that helped us disconnect from the daily routine and focus on what really matters: the people who make up this team and the challenges that lie ahead.
From the early morning, the atmosphere felt different. There was a sense of expectation and excitement for what was to come. The day began directly with the speeches of our CEO, Iker Urdangarin, and our sales manager, Luis Benito, who updated us on the current state of the company. Their words acknowledged the collective effort, reviewed recent milestones, and reminded us how valuable each person’s work is in maintaining the strength of our shared project. After this motivational and heartfelt opening, we took a mid-morning coffee break, which served as a transition before moving on to the activities led by Roberto.

One of the most moving moments of the morning was the congratulation of Jesús Calleja and José Luis Arzalluz, who celebrated no less than 25 years at STT Systems. There was warm applause from the whole team and a few words that perfectly summed up their journey. A simple yet meaningful gesture that highlighted the importance of the people who build the company’s history day by day.
Next, the day’s facilitator, Roberto López, took the stage. He led the activities with his approachable and professional style. Roberto, a psychologist specializing in organizations, coach, and co-author of the book “The Emotion of Transformation,” guided us throughout the morning with valuable insights on leadership, teamwork, and participation. His expertise in innovative methodologies and his knowledge of emotional intelligence and organizational culture were evident in every dynamic, creating an environment conducive to dialogue and collaboration.
During the participatory dynamics, involvement and good humor reigned. There were moments for individual reflection, debates in diverse groups, and also for having fun together. As often happens in this kind of meeting, fresh ideas emerged, concerns were shared, and so were smiles. It’s always encouraging to see that when the team comes together around a common goal, creativity and positive energy arise naturally.

At midday, we all sat down for lunch, a relaxed space where conversations flowed naturally and many took the opportunity to get to know colleagues they don’t usually interact with. These moments are fundamental to building mutual trust and continuing to create a healthy and motivating work environment.
In short, this participatory day was much more than just a day out of the office. It was an opportunity to pause for a moment, look each other in the eye, and recognize the value that each one brings to the team. Also, to share our concerns and realize that we are all, in fact, in the same boat, rowing in the same direction. This kind of initiative strengthens our corporate culture and helps everyone feel valued and heard. Because beyond objectives and numbers, a company is, above all, a group of people building something valuable together. And days like this remind us that when we do it together, we are unstoppable.
