The main objective of the eCardioSurf project is the development of a comprehensive system for the health care professional and for the patient and their caregivers. On the one hand, the system will allow the health professional (cardiologist) to have a general and agile vision for the follow up of the patient with heart failure (HF), with all the necessary information available, in an integrated, visual and evolutionary way, in punctual moments of greater risk and throughout the different phases of the disease. On the other hand, eCardioSurf will allow the patient and their caregivers to have a guidance system adjusted to the personal needs of each case, so that besides providing all the necessary information regarding the care and healthy habits, it will also provide a support for decision making.
