Terms & Conditions
The following T&C apply to Motion Analysis products developed and sold by STT Systems (ie, 3DMA suite, 2DMA suite and iSen), and the accessories related to these products. Please note that all T&C below apply to your purchase unless otherwise specified in the proforma invoice, which may tailor some of the T&C to your specific project.

PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Unless otherwise stated on the proforma invoice or official invoice, 100% of the amount is due with the acceptance of the Quotation and issuing of the Purchase Order.
In normal conditions, most items are shipped within 2-3 weeks after reception of the Purchase Order and Payment. Please note that the transit time must be considered separately and may vary considerably depending on the final destination and shipping service selected.
STT may offer on-site installation and training services. However, no on-site installation and/or training is included unless openly stated in the formal documents. A limited remote assistance for the installation is included.
Prices are based on costs and conditions existing on the date when the Quotation is issued, and are subject to change by the Seller before acceptance of the Purchase Order.
WARRANTY REPAIR POLICY
A warranty period of one year is granted for all elements included. This periods starts on the date when the goods are received by the customer. During the limited warranty period, and upon proof of purchase (in the form of product registration or packing slip / invoice), this product will be repaired or replaced at our option, without charge. The end date of the warranty period will remain the same after the repair or replacement.
Upon reception of the product, STT will determine whether it can be repaired or needs to be replaced. Also, whether the damage is covered by the warranty. If the product is not covered by the warranty due to misuse, and/or is outside the warranty period, it can be repaired subject to a repair fee which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
30 days trial
STT accepts returns of merchandise purchased directly from STT Systems, as long as the authorization for the return is requested within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return a product to us, please review our Limited Warranty and the remainder of this Return Policy to verify that you are eligible.
Once you have verified your eligibility, you must contact our Support Team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will issue you an RMA valid for 15 days from the date of issue. All products returned must be accompanied by a valid RMA number. We are unable to accept any product returns after the expiration date of the RMA. RMAs cannot be extended or re-issued.
Customers must contact support before any item can be shipped back to STT Systems. Support will provide RMA information for items to be returned. Do not send any packages without valid RMA numbers.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Hardware items and accessories will be examined upon reception at STT, and based on its condition an additional fee may be charged. Licensed software may only be returned for refund if it has either: (a) not been activated or (b) the hardware whose serial number it has been activated with is also returned. Customers are responsible to cover any and all shipping costs for returning product to STT.
In order to activate and keep your license updated it is necessary to share a minimum of information with our servers: only your activation code and an encrypted identifier of your computer hardware.
